The house is newly built (in old style) downstairs there is an open plan layout; kitchen, dining area and living room with a fireplace, master bed with a small en-suite bathroom, plus a guest toilet with washer/dryer.

Upstairs there are 3 small bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small room overlooking the outlet of the Sotekanalen where you can hang out and play games. Wi-fi and Sonos system is integrated in the house.

The beach is a five minute walk from the house.

Smögen, Kungshamn and Hunnebostrand are 15 minutes by car.

In addition to swimming and hiking trails at Ramsvik there is a camping site (about 15 mins walk) with is a small convenience store. Ramsvik camping organize themed evenings (shrimp, quiz, music etc).
